Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping cost are automatically calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. Most puzzle orders ship from our facility within 4 business days. There can be unexpected delays once a shipment is handed over to one of our courier services (UPS or United States Post Office). We are not able to guarantee courier shipping times or date specific delivery commitments.

Pillows and t-shirts are all custom made with each order. These items require three weeks for manufacturing before they are shipped out.

Major holidays can significantly increase shipping times. Any extended delays based on holiday shipping volume are beyond our control

Delivery Confirmation - Missing Delivery
The selected courier services (UPS and United States Postal Service) occasionally send premature delivery confirmation notifications. If you received a delivery confirmation, but the shipment is missing, please allow 48 hours and email us contact@puzzlehuddle.com. Include information confirming the shipping address for the order.

We are not able to cancel an order after it ships from our facility. Request to cancel an order that has already been shipped will be treated like a request to return an item.

Puzzle Returns
All puzzles in new, unopened and resellable condition, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the items. Please contact us and we will issue a prepaid shipping label to return the items. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment.

For exchanges, an in-stock product of your choice will be mailed and any price adjustments will be charged or credited. 

Apparel, Blanket & Pillow Returns
Puzzle Huddle apparel, blankets and pillows are custom made with each order, therefore we are unable to process returns or exchanges. 

If a shirt, blanket or pillow arrives damaged, please take a picture and email us at contact@puzzlehuddle.com with a photo the damaged product we can process a request to send a replacement item.

Missing Puzzle Pieces
We are unable to replace individual puzzle pieces. Please take a picture of the partially assembled puzzle and email us within 30 days of purchase at contact@puzzlehuddle.com if your puzzle arrived with a piece missing. We can send a replacement puzzle if necessary. 

If a puzzle is assembled incorrectly with pieces in the wrong places, it can lead to the perception that a piece is missing. Please check the assembly of puzzle before concluding that a piece is missing.

Clearance / Damaged Box Discounted Sales
Clearance puzzles are final sale. Exchanges and returns do not apply.

International Orders
Customs fees and duties vary by country. Customers are responsible for any additional fees required for delivery once an item ships from our facility.
